the hotel of choice in rust. charming small and clean place, kind staff. great and stunning location very close to rulantica & europa-park and the restaurant. clean unit with a/c.

Charming small hotel, the staff were all amiable and amazingly nice and the location was UNBEATABLE near Lidl Super market. I appreciated the room, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was marvellous, with a lot of meals. Location: the property was short walk to the train station and Europa Park and Rulantica and restaurant. Popped in Bfb Restaurant Bar Lounge for shots before sleep, it was not very far from the venue.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my children, had a great stay. The staff was amazingly nice, helpful, and everything was good. I had a double room with large bed and a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating. They recommended an awesome restaurant for dinner...

the standard family room was modern, included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. really helpful people were working here.

It is in close proximity to Europa Park entrance. Brekfast buffet of good quality.

Cleanliness and comfort, breakfast was fantastic!

Front desk (several) were not firendly

Big building site next to the hotel, but not very disturbing.

Was great for our family with small children, could see Europa Park from our window and a short walk to the front gate. Was nice to have a resturant in the hotel. Was too cold to use the outdoor pool but was nice that they offer a pool.

A Nice Stay with Great Potential

We enjoyed our stay, despite some challenges. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast service could improve, and we noticed some issues with the room amenities. Still, the owner was accommodating, made a difference. I'd recommend it, especially in peak season.

wunderfull the swimming pool and the room design

Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Only a 5 minute walk to europapark with the advantage of leaving your car in the hotel's carpark and "side door" access into the amusement park. Swimming pool was also a great feature.

If you arrive on a sunday, the restaurant is closed - problem is trying to find parking in and around the town centre. Would recommend either walking in, or driving to next village ie, Kappell - Chinese restaurant on corner is good value for money.

great comfort but minor inconveniences

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the large, high-quality TV. The bathroom facilities were modern and excellent.

The technology system in the room was convenient but could be overwhelming for some guests.

Great position! Breakfast lady was very nice! Great price.

No wifi. Was alot of noisy construction going on around the hotel from very early in the morning till late at night. Making it hard to sleep

Welcome at reception at arrival, service at dinner and breakfast. Attention, helpfulness and willingness of most staff. Children liked the swimming pool best and playing in the huge garden facilities (football and play area - swings and slides)

We found only one member of staff unfriendly and unhelpful during our stay. However we just avoided her and did not let this impact on our holiday.
